DuPage County Court Records. The DuPage County Clerk of the Circuit Court is located in Wheaton, IL. The court is considered a trial-level court according to Illinois State Statutes. - Ticket or Complaint Number and arresting agency
- Case number
- You can perform a party or organization case name search and filter results by date of birth.
The 18th Judicial Clerk online search portal allows you to make payments on a case and view case summary details for DuPage County Court Records. The search results page allows you to view the case title, legal status, case number, name and type of party on the case, and the year of birth. When you have located the record that you are looking for, you will need to click on the case number hyperlink. Doing so will redirect you to the case summary details.
The case summary details will provide you with the following information:
- The case number, the date the case was filed, and the case title
- Next court date, location, and time
- The agency that filed the charges or the plaintiff
- The status of the case
- The count number, count description, status of the count, and the complaint number.
- Listing of the court events that have occurred for the case and the date the event occurred.
If you click on a court event when viewing the case summary details page, you will be able to view additional information regarding the event. This includes the judge, the count number the event is referring to, the status of the event, and the bail amount if the event is a warrant.
