The main search criteria options for performing a search include:

Narrow your search results by providing any of the following additional search criteria:

  • Party’s date of birth range
  • Party type
  • Case types
  • The date the case was filed range
  • The date the case was closed range

Wildcard searches are performed using two symbols. You can find all combinations of the variations of a person’s name using the letters you provide by entering the percent sign after the letters. The other option of the wildcard search is using the underscore sign. This will search for all variations of a person’s name by replacing the underscore sign. You can enter more than one underscore sign when performing this wildcard search for OK Court records.

Viewing Court Records

Your search results will be displayed by county in alphabetical order unless you selected a specific county to search. You will see the title of the case, the date the case was filed, and the name and type of the party in the case based on your name search.

The first 2 characters of the case number indicate the type of case for that record. Click on the case number once you have found the OK Court records you are searching for. You will then be able to view the unofficial court records for the case. The information that you will find in this report include:
