The Appellate and District Courts in the state of Oklahoma transmits data to the statewide court network to allow access to OK Court Records. These court records are accessible once they have been entered into the database by court clerks. This is inclusive of criminal, civil, and daily dockets.

Wildcard searches are performed using two symbols. You can find all combinations of the variations of a person’s name using the letters you provide by entering the percent sign after the letters. You can enter more than one underscore sign when performing this wildcard search for OK Court records.
Viewing Court Records
Your search results will be displayed by county in alphabetical order unless you selected a specific county to search. You will see the title of the case, the date the case was filed, and the name and type of the party in the case based on your name search.
The first 2 characters of the case number indicate the type of case for that record. Click on the case number once you have found the OK Court records you are searching for. You will then be able to view the unofficial court records for the case. The information that you will find in this report include:
- The case title including the county the case was filed.
