Kane County Circuit Court is the 16th Judicial Circuit Court for the state of Illinois. The courthouse is located in St. Charles, Illinois. This court is responsible for maintaining and filing Kane County Court records for civil and criminal court records.

You do not have to register or sign up for an account to access information available on the Kane County Court records search portal. You do not have to pay any money to search the portal. The online search portal does not contain copies of documents or images associated with each case. You will need to contact the courts if you need more information than what is available through the portal.

After you locate the records that you are searching for click on the link to be redirected to the case information page. On the case information page, you will find the parties involved, the attorney(s) on the case, the judicial officer assigned to the case, the status of the case (open or closed), the court events and hearings that have occurred or that are scheduled, financial information regarding the case, and the charge and type case it is.
