Palm Beach County Court Records

Palm Beach County, FL Clerk and Comptroller’s office makes it easy for the public to obtain Palm Beach county court records. If you are wanting to file court documents, view court cases, or research a deed, you have several options through the Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller office. Anyone can access court records online or in-person that is available for public view.

Obtaining Court Records

Obtaining Palm Beach County court records for civil, criminal, and/or traffic cases can be done through several of the online services provided by the county courthouse website. The online services allow you to view, print, order, and/or file court cases for your convenience. If you prefer to have a court clerk available while you look up court records, you can visit the self-service center located at the Palm Beach County Clerk & Comptroller office.

ShowCase Web

ShowCase Web is where you can go online to view Palm Beach County court records for civil, traffic, and criminal cases. You must install a Microsoft Plug-in Silverlight to access this search tool. However, this system will be obsolete once the transition is complete to eCaseView.

eCaseView

eCaseView is the online search tool that can be used to look up and view Palm Beach County Court Records. County civil, criminal, and/or traffic court cases are available through eCaseView. Through this tool you can view, and print court documents from 2008 and later years.

The information that you can view include the following:

  • Sentencing and disposition information
  • Charge information
  • Names of the parties involved with the court cases
  • Court dates
  • Complaints

Clerkcart

ClerkCart is a tool that can be used to access daily, weekly, and monthly court case data from civil, criminal, and traffic cases. The data that can be viewed and purchased include warrants, cases filed, cases dismissed and/or nolle prossed, guilty verdicts, as well as jury trials, non-jury trials, and more.

These reports can be purchased and downloaded through ClerkCart and daily reports are made available by 9 a.m. each business day. To find the type of data that you are looking for you can search by product and/or categories. When you purchase the reports they are downloaded to your computer and available on the website.

Record Search In-person

The records service center provides you with access to official, civil, criminal, and traffic court records that are not available online. A clerk is available at the records service center to help you search for court records and obtain copies of these records, for a fee. You can access the records service center and search and view documents on your own at no charge.

The self-service center offers services aside from the ability to perform records searches. It is also a community resource center where individuals can receive assistance with legal forms, filing documents, and community referrals for elderly and social services.

Self-service centers are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is the go to center in the main and branch courthouses that provide individuals what they need to represent themselves in court, access court forms, access notary services, and provide legal assistance with form preparations.

The Palm Beach County Clerk & Comptroller office is in the process of changing web addresses for many of the online service links, therefore some features may not be available until the transition is complete.
